Smart Template Project To-Do list

To Do:
- send Sharon admin key
- setup 4 news story, all saved in a new directory called "news"
- setup feedback page
- setup Table template for main page that says"FOE etc..." and add webstat and feedback links
- setup Table template for regular page that says"FOE etc..." and add webstat and feedback links
- duplicate tables to all the pages
- setup Header - Need images from Clark
- Setup ugrad site
